AI automation & custom software · Orlando, FL
We build AI workflows and internal tools that remove repetitive work. You work directly with the builders.
Useful AI notices the event, moves the work, applies your rules, and asks for judgment only when needed.
Two decades across Intervals, Shoflo, WPZoomy, and other software businesses.
Our SaaS business is also where we use this work: AI handles support and lead analysis; automation runs deployments, workload planning, and financial reporting.
A data-visualization product running on 40,000+ websites and maintained as browsers, platforms, and customer needs change.
Stephen sold Shoflo to Cvent in 2021 and WPZoomy in January 2026.

Capture, qualify, route, and follow up. Our SaaS business, Intervals, handles new leads this way.
We built Blue Wave's candidate intake, agreements, status tracking, and follow-up workflow.
Unify disconnected data and automate recurring reports. Intervals uses this for financial analysis.
Use account history and approved knowledge to resolve requests. At Intervals, AI handles tickets end to end.
Put knowledge buried in documents, tickets, and people inside the workflow.
Replace spreadsheets, email chains, and patched-together processes with a focused internal tool.
We find where work stalls, repeats, or depends on one person—and choose what to solve first.
We map the triggers, decisions, data, exceptions, and approvals.
You get a fixed scope, price, timeline, and definition of success.
We connect your tools, test real scenarios, and keep people in decisions that need judgment.
We monitor the system as APIs, models, and rules change.
A workflow owner, access to the systems, and timely feedback. We handle the rest.

Stephen Bowles has built and operated technology companies since 2003. He sold Shoflo to Cvent in 2021 and WPZoomy in 2026, and still runs Intervals, serving 5,000+ companies. That operating experience shapes every build.
Fixed scope, fixed price. No hourly meter or surprise invoice.
Strategy engagements usually take two to three weeks. Most automation and integration projects take four to eight weeks. Custom applications commonly take six to twelve weeks, depending on scope.
We build workflows so failures are visible and recoverable, and we offer support after launch. When an API, model, or business rule changes, we can diagnose the problem and update the system.
Usually not. We prefer to connect the tools your team already uses. We recommend custom software only when the missing workflow cannot be handled cleanly inside those tools.
Data handling is designed around the specific systems and requirements involved. We use business APIs rather than consumer AI products, minimize what moves between services, and address regulated or sensitive information explicitly during scoping.
We will say so. Sometimes a standard automation, a small software tool, or a process change is enough. The goal is to fix the problem, not add AI to it.
Show us what repeats or gets stuck. We'll tell you whether to automate it and what to do first.
